Things to do in Blantyre
- Mount Mulanje. This activity involves some climbing and is not for the faint hearted, but the 5 day trek up this mountain is definitely worth it. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and there is much greenery, wildlife and even a waterfall. There are also huts in which to stay on your way up and a luxury hut awaits you on the fifth day. If you do only one thing when in Blantyre, make sure it is this.
- Veg- Delight Restaurant. There are at least 35 restaurants in Blantyre but this is the one that everybody is raving about. Yes, it’s vegetarian but don’t let that put you off!
