The EU offer an online dispute resolution website dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve their disputes out-of-court.
Alternatively, you can address your concerns directly with the Civil Aviation Authority.
Under current legislation, South African airways is not obliged to subscribe to an ADR scheme and at this time have not done so. More details can be found on the website of the Civil Aviation Authority.
