UK Complaints Procedure

If you have cause for concern, please contact our UK based Customer Care department and we will be happy to help.

We are confident that our Customer Care department will always attempt to resolve any complaint professionally and courteously. If you remain unhappy with our final resolution we are required to let you know about an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. The Civil Aviation Authority has approved two ADR providers, the details of which are:

The EU offer an online dispute resolution website dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve their disputes out-of-court.

Alternatively, you can address your concerns directly with the Civil Aviation Authority.

 

Under current legislation, South African airways is not obliged to subscribe to an ADR scheme and at this time have not done so. More details can be found on the website of the Civil Aviation Authority
