- No Show: Any Time charge NAD 1000 for No Show. Charge the No Show fee, rebooking fee and difference in fare.

- Changes: Any time charge NAD 400. Change fee applies per transaction. Revalidation and reissue must be made within 72hrs after the change of reservation but not later than the departure of the original flight that was booked. If not done within 72 hours, ticket will only be valid for a refund or not applicable at all. If the booking class is not available, it must be upgraded to the next higher applicable fare.
- Upgrade: permitted to any higher fare or cabin class at a charge of NAD 400 per transaction plus any difference in fare.
