- To Perth Australia : No-show USD175. Changes USD 150. After departure non-refundable.
- To Hong Kong: Before departure 50% cancellation fee. After departure no refund. Changes USD150.
- To London and Frankfurt : No-show USD200. Changes USD220. After departure non-refundable.
- To Washington: No-show USD300 and changes USD300 for Lusaka and Livingstone. No-show USD200 and changes USD175 for Ndola. After departure ticket is non-refundable.
