- Tickets must be booked and paid for 28 days prior to departure
- Tickets are non refundable after purchase.
- Rebooking permitted. Any Time - Permitted at a charge of ZAR 342 per change subject to same seats being available
- No children discounts
- Infants (under 2 years) not occupying a seat pays 10% of the adult fare
- No Name changes allowed after ticketing.
- Rerouting and Standby is not permitted
