We have lounges in 5 of South Africa’s major Domestic cities with presence in Harare, Lagos and Lusaka. You are legible to use the lounges when travelling on SAA or a Star Alliance partner airline, (this applies to your guests as well) on the same day of travel on SAA operated or marketed flights.
This is applicable to:
- SAA Voyager Lifetime Platinum member, entitled to three guests;
- SAA Voyager Platinum member, entitled to two guests;
- SAA Voyager Gold member, entitled to one guest;
- SAA Voyager Silver members, no guest is allowed;
- SAA Business Class passenger, no guest is allowed;
- Star Gold member, entitled to one guest;
- SAA Voyager Nedbank Premium Credit Card membership does not include guest invitations. This card may be used when travelling on a SAA flight number, and is only valid in local lounges (South Africa).
Within the SAA Baobab lounges ORTIA (both domestic & international), we have exclusive lounge areas for Lifetime Platinum and Platinum members.

ORTIA Arrivals Lounge
SAA’s Arrivals Lounge at O.R Tambo International Airport is situated directly after Customs, please see way finding signage.
This lounge is available to SAA Business Class passengers, Voyager Lifetime Platinum; Platinum and Gold card holders travelling on SAA Flights Only (excludes Star Alliance & Code Share flights) airline international and regional flights.
The lounge offers passengers a chance to refresh after a long journey. The facility offers a self service food and beverage area, showers and clothes pressing service, as well as an email and internet area and an enclosed smoker’s lounge.
It is especially useful to passengers transferring onto connecting flights or those in the country for business purposes. This lounge is open from 04:30 – 12:30.

London, Heathrow Arrivals Lounge
SAA Voyager Platinum Lifetime, SAA Voyager Platinum card holders and Business Class Passengers are invited to enjoy the United Arrivals Lounge, in Terminal 2, The Queen's Terminal. Once you have reached the arrivals foyer on level 1 you will see directional signage to the lounge.
Please be advised that it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from arrivals to the United Arrivals Lounge.

You are most welcome to use the lounges if you are traveling on SAA, (this applies to your guests as well, who are required to accompany you upon arrival or shortly thereafter) on the same day of travel if you are:

Heathrow Airport
At Heathrow’s new Terminal 2, eligible SAA passengers can now choose to enjoy any one of the Star Alliance member lounges.
The new Maple Leaf Lounge in Terminal 2B has large windows overlooking the airfield, a bistro, a spa-like shower and tv-equipped relaxation pods, providing a comfortable start to your journey. It is open seven days a week, from 4:30am to 12:30pm.
The lounge offers guests:

The Star Alliance lounge area includes luxurious First Class and Business Class lounges. The Business Class lounge is available to SAA Business Class, Voyager Life Time Platinum, Platinum, Gold card holders and Star Gold customers.
Platinum members will be invited to make use of the First Class Lounge subject to space availability.
